From Struggles to Success
In 2018, I bought my first business. After writing a business plan and receiving a loan from the bank, I bought the business at the end of the year. But immediately after starting I faced problems. 2019 was my first year as an entrepreneur and business owner, and I nearly went bankrupt in the first months.
Just as I managed to get the business profitable again, COVID-19 in 2020 nearly bankrupted me again. In the first two years, I learned a lot of lessons and made a lot of mistakes that were totally avoidable.
But in 2021, my business finally started growing. In 2022, I partnered with a business partner and we started a second business. Then, in 2023, we set our sights on expansion, and in 2024, we successfully acquired another business, growing even faster than before.
Fast forward to 2025. What started as a struggling business with $190K in revenue, $25K in profit, and one employee has transformed into two profitable businesses generating $1.6M in revenue, $500K in profit, with a team of 17 employees.
